霍邱县巩固退耕还林工程建设成果试点项目的实施成效及发展建议

摘 要：为统筹推进“护绿、增绿、管绿、用绿、活绿”五大任务，积极探索巩固退耕还林成果的有效途径，实现林业产业健康可持续发展，霍邱作为试点县之一，于2019年积极开展实施了巩固完善退耕还林工程建设成果试点工作。该文总结了试点成效与初步成果，提出了发展建议。

Implementation Results and Development Suggestions of the Pilot Project of Consolidating the Construction Achievements of the Project of Returning Farmland to Forest in Huoqiu County

Abstract： In order to comprehensively promote the five tasks of “green protection， green enhancement， green management， green utilization and green living”， actively explore effective ways to consolidate the achievements of returning farmland to forests， and realize the healthy and sustainable development of the forestry industry， Huoqiu County， as one of the pilot counties， actively carried out the pilot work of consolidating and improving the achievements of the project in 2019. This paper summarizes the pilot results and preliminary results， and puts forward development suggestions.

近年来，前一轮退耕还林补助相继全部到期，巩固退耕还林后续管理呈现出不同形式的问题，为此，安徽省林业局积极探索退耕还林成果的巩固，先后在合肥、六安等11个市的16个县（市、区）启动了开展退耕还林成果巩固试点工作。（剩余4638字）
