多效唑对草莓耐寒性的影响

摘 要:为研究不同浓度多效唑对草莓耐寒性的影响,设置40、80、120、160、200、240mg/kg等6种剂量浓度的多效唑喷施草莓叶片,以清水为对照(CK)。用3~-15℃的低温处理草莓植株,根据相对电导配合Logistic方程,求得半致死温度(LT50),同时测定田间低温冻害指数、死亡率。结果表明:7个处理草莓叶片半致死温度为120mg/L(-9.00℃)

Abstract: In order to study the effects of different concentrations of multi-effect azole on the cold tolerance of strawberry,strawberry leaves were sprayed with 40, 80,120, 160, 200, 240mg/kg multi-effect azole with clear water as control(CK). Strawberry plants were treated at low temperature of 3~-15℃. According to the relative conductance and Logistic equation,the semi-lethal temperature(LT50)was obtained. At the same time,the field freezing injury index and mortality were measured. The results showed that the semi-conductivity death temperature of 7 treated strawberry leaves was 120mg/L(-9.00℃)
