香茅精油研究进展

摘 要：香茅精油系从香茅草提取的油状物，在日常饮食调味、日化及医用等方面应用广泛。该文综述了香茅精油的积累规律、精油提取方法、化学成分及其生物活性等方面的研究进展，以期为香茅精油的功能扩展、香茅草应用推广提供参考。

Abstract： Citronella essential oil， which is extracted from citronella， is widely used in food flavor， daily-chemistry and medical. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the function expansion of citronella essential oil and the promotion application of citronella， the research progress of citronella essential oil accumulation， extraction methods， chemical composition and biological activity were reviewed.
