Abstract： With the accelerating pace of globalization， the demand for internationally competent professionals in the mining engineering field is increasing，making the internationalization of Chinese mining industry universities a critical task. Taking Curtin University as an example，the paper analyzes the innovative experience in the international talent training and management practice of mining engineering in Australia，and finds that Australia has built a highly international talent training system by integrating its curiculum with international standards，providing a wide range of international internship opportunities，training talents to meet

the needs of the global market and efcient management mode.Based on this，strategic suggestions are put forward for industry universities in China， including optimizing the teaching mode，constructing an interdisciplinary curriculum system， strengthening the combination of practical teaching and scientific research， optimizing the management mechanism and expanding international cooperation， etc. to provide theoretical and practical references for the cultivation of international talents in mining industry universities in China.

自2017年启动工程教育改革以来，我国相继发布《加快建设发展新工科实施卓越工程师教育培养计划2.0的意见》（教高[2018]3号）、《普通高等教育学科专业设置调整优化改革方案》教高[2023]1号）等政策性文件，制定《工程教育认证标准》（2022年版与2024年版），明确要求工科学生要具备国际视野，并能够在跨文化环境中进行专业交流与合作，以提升全球竞争力[1]16。（剩余10858字）
