Theoretical Interpretation and Institutional Approach of “Fengqiao Experience" in the New Era Empowering the "Liuchixiang Working Method"

Abstract： Since its establishment， the“Liuchixiang Working Method” has demonstrated certain positive results.However， in the current grassroots governance，it stillfaces multiple challenges such as the increasing complexity of social conflicts，the impact on ethical and moral order， the rising cost and difficulty of governance，and the weak foundation of mass self-governance，and has failed to fully achieve the desired effect. The“Fengqiao Experience” in the new era is a complete set of effective social govermance solutions that have been widely applied in multiple fields.Its characteristics are logically consistent with the“Liuchixiang Working Method”，which can enhance the grassroots governance efficiency， improve the dispute resolution mechanism，and optimize the conflict resolution patern of the“Liuchixiang Working Method”.The research suggests that the“Liuchixiang Working Method” should draw on the governance concept of the“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era to optimize the diversified resolution mechanism of conflicts and disputes，improve the benign governance order of the integration of“ Three Governance”，perfect the intelligent system of grassroots governance， and consolidate the foundation of grasroots social self-governance， thereby promoting the modernization of grassroots governance.
