AbstractAt present，China’s national land spatial planning system is in the development stage，and the development research of township level is stillto be perfected，this paper，onthe basis of analyzing and researching the new requirements put forward by the new era of national land spatial planning to the township level， explores the current situation characteristics of the production-living-ecological space at the township level， constructs the evaluation system of the efectiveness of the production-living-ecological space and adopts the evaluation methods of the comprehensive levelof development evaluation，the evaluation of the degree of coordination of the coupling，the evaluation of the suitabilityof the function，and soon.Based on the evaluation results，the conflict measurement analysis of the production-living-ecological space at the township level is carried out，andon the basis of analyzing and deriving the problems of the development of the current productionliving-ecological space，theoptimization strategy of the national land space patern atthe township level is proposed.In this paper，Taiyao Township of Tongguan County，Shaanxi Province is used as a case study for empirical research，and the research results provide guidelines and references for the orderly development of the township space.
