[Abstract]Complete right bundle branch block （CRBBB）is a common electrocardiographic abnormality observedacrossallage groups.Itis characterized bydelayed conduction or anatomical rupture in the right bundle branch，resulting in delayed depolarization of theright ventricle afterthe left ventricle.Thisconduction disorder often coexists with various cardiovascular diseases，such asatrial fibrilation，coronary heart disease,heart failure, and cardiomyopathies，with its incidence varying significantly among different populations.Historically，CRBBB was usually considered to have limited clinical significance.However，recent studies indicate that it has important clinical significance not onlyin patients with structural heart diseases butalsoin new-onset cases，general population，and athletes.
