[Abstract]Paroxysmal atrial fibrilltion (PAF) is a type arrhythmias with high morbidityand mortality.It is characterized bybrief episodes atrial fibrillation that terminate spontaneously.Particularlyinpatientswith cryptogenic stroke or transient ischemic attack,the detection rate PAF is even higher.If it is not identified in time,the risk strokeand heart failure will further increase.Since PAF is ten asymptomatic or occurs silently, earlyscreeningand management are key to preventing related complications.The application artificial inteligence technologyinthemedical fieldhasprovidednew toolsand methods forthe diagnosisPAF.Thisarticlereviews recent research and practical value artificial inteligence technology in assisting PAF screening,prediction, diagnosis and management,and discusses its application prospects and challenges in the field PAF.
