[Abstract]Using ambulatory electrocardiography（AECG）segment from a patient with vasovagal syncope implanted with a BIOTRONIK Evia DR dual-chamber pacemaker as the point of entry，this paper systematically analyzesthedesignprinciplesofBIOTRONIKpacemaker'sclosed-loopstimulationtechnologyand electrocardiographic characteristics.It aims to provide references for electrocardiography technicians in analyzing and diagnosing pacemaker-associated AECGs.
