[摘 要]在新电改背景下，改革输配电价、售电侧的同时，电网企业盈利模式也在不断改变。这就要求电厂企业不断完善服务理念和经营方式。将“魏朱六要素商业模式”作为参考，科学分析电网企业综合能源服务商业模式。在企业电改形势下，拓展电网企业盈利范围与方式，达到可持续健康发展的目的。

[Abstract]Under the background of the new power reform， while reforming the transmission and distribution price and launching the power sales side， the profit model of power grid companies is also constantly changing， which requires power plant companies to continuously improve their service concepts and operating methods. Taking the “Weizhu SixElement Business Model” as a reference， scientifically analyze the business model of integrated energy services for power grid companies. Under the situation of corporate power reform， expand the scope and methods of profitability of power grid companies to achieve the goal of sustainable and healthy development.
