[摘 要]以金桥城市副中心金鼎天地为例，针对区域开发构建模型，探讨了在高效开发阶段合理运用电力资源的有效方法，追求运营阶段的电力规划以及节能开发优良结果，最大限度地强化本区域可再生能源的开发利用，满足供电方式多样化发展要求，满足安全、经济、清洁、可持续电力供应要求。

[Abstract]This article takes Jinqiao City Sub-center Jinding Tiandi as an example， specifically constructs a model for regional development， discusses effective methods for rational use of power resources in the efficient development phase， pursues power planning in the operation phase and excellent results of energy-saving development， and maximizes the strengthening of the region The development and utilization of renewable energy meets the diversified development requirements of power supply methods， and meets the requirements of safe， economic， clean and sustainable power supply.
