[摘 要]在能源行业中，电力具有重要地位。在民众日常生活与生产活动中，电力资源具有无法取代的作用。配网在电力系统中属于基础设施，其性能稳定性与运行状况对于电力系统运行安全性具有重要作用。强化配网运行水平对于提高电力系统稳定性具有重要作用，所以需要积极通过现代化技术进行有效优化。

[Abstract]Electric power has an important position in the energy industry.In people’s daily life and production activities， electric power resources have an irreplaceable role.Distribution network belongs to the infrastructure in the power system， and its performance stability and operation status play an important role in the operation safety of the power system. Strengthening the operation level of the distribution network has an important role in improving the stability of the power system， so it is necessary to actively be effectively optimized through modern technology.
