Clinical Study on Fumigation and Washing with Yinyang No.1 Combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets for Colpomycosis

Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effctoffumigation and washing with Yinyang No.1 combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets on colpomycosis.Methods：A total of163 cases of patients with colpomycosis treated at MaternalandChild Health Hospital of Quzhou from November2O23 to March 2O24 were selectedand divided nto the observation group（101cases）andthecontrol group（62cases）basedon diferent treatmentregimens.The control group was treated with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets，and theobservationgroup was aditionall treated with fumigation and washing with Yinyang No.1basedon the treatmentofthecontrol group.Clinical effects，incidenceof adversereactions， andrecurence rates were compared between the two groups.Changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and vaginalcondition in thetwo groupswerecompared beforeand after treatment.Results：The total efective rate in the observation group was 95.05% （96/101），significantly higher than the control group's 83.87% （52/62） （ P<0.05 ）. After treatment， traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased （ P<0.05 ），with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group（ P<0.05 ）.After treatment，vaginal pH，vaginal cleanliness scores， and vaginal mucosa scores in the two groups were decreased （ P<0.05 ），with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group （ ⌈P<0.05⌉ ）.During treatment，there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）.Three months after treatment，the recurrence rate was （204号 3.13% （3/96）in the observation group and 17.31% （9/52）in the control group，with a significant difference（ P< 0.05）.Conclusion：Fumigation and washing with Yinyang No.1 combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets has a good effect in treating colpomycosis.It is beneficial to alleviating symptoms，improving vaginalconditionandreducing recurrence rates，with high safety.
