Clinical Study on Combination Use of Shengyang Sanhan Decoction and Acupoint Application for Raynaud's Syndrome

Abstract：Objective：To observe thecurative efect of the combination use of Shengyang Sanhan Decoction and acupointapplication on Raynaud's syndrome.Methods:A total of 7O patients with Raynaud's syndrome admited to Linhai HospitalofTraditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2O22 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to diferent treatment methods，with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine，and the observation group was treated with Shengyang Sanhan Decoction combined with acupoint applicationon thebasis of the treatment inthe control group.The clinical ffects, and the changes in theduration of Raynaud's phenomenon，cold water test，fist test，and the levels of hemorheology [hematocrit（HCT）and plasma viscosity（PV)] and immunoglobulin [immunoglobulin M( IgM ），immunoglobulin G（IgG）and immunoglobulin A( IgA )] were respectively compared between the two groups.Results: After four weeks of treatment，the total effective rate was 94.29% （33/35）in the observation group and 71.43% （25/35）in the control group，with a statistically significant difference ( P
