ZHANG Linqi's Experience in Treating Nephrotic Syndrome Based on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment from Stomach

Abstract：To summarize and introduce Professor ZHANG Linqi's clinical experience in treating nephrotic syndrome basedon syndrome diferentiationand treatment from the stomach.Professr ZHANGLinqi found that the occurrence and developmentof nephrotic syndromearecloselyrelatedto theabnormal functions ofthe spleen，stomach andintestine，and proposed anew concept of "stomach"，which refers to the reception-digestion-transmission system of the spleen，stomachand intestine.Profesor ZHANGLinqi believes thatthe key pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome is thedeficiency inoriginand excess insuperficiality.Inclinical practice，he always sticks to the pathogenesis，takes the kidney and"stomach"asthe branchandroot，and focusesonthe differentiationand treatmentofnephroticsyndrome byregulating the spleen，harmonizingthe stomach and regulating the intestine.Therefore，the treatment reinforces healthyqiand boosts original qitoconsolidate the branch and rot，unblocks the fu-organs and removes turbidity to treat the branch，dispels the pathogenic factors and bosts qi to prevent diseasechanges，and inclinical medication， the treatmentemphasizes regulating the yinand yangof the five zang-organs.Finall，the purposeof treating from the whole and getting strongerby reinforcing healthy qi can beachieved.
