Introduction of LIANG Baoyi's Experience in Treating Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction in Children with Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy of Banking up Earth and Repressing Dampness

Abstract：To introduce the clinical effect of DirectorLIANG Baoyi in treating incomplete intestinal obstruction in children with Chinese medicine comprehensive therapyof banking up earth and repressing dampness.Director LIANG believes that theonset of incomplete intestinal obstruction inchildren iscaused bytheconstitutionof spleendeficiency anddampness stagnation.Spleen qi deficiencyand internal dampness stagnation are likely tobring in pathogenic factors of stomach heatand indigestion，lung cold and external contraction，and liverconstraint and qi stagnation.Their blending canlead to intestinal function disorderand thus make someone sufer from this disease.In terms of treatment， Chinese medicine comprehensive therapyof banking up earth and repressing dampness is applied and the oral administration of prescriptions for banking up earth and represing dampness is given，that is，the Peitu Yishi Ningchang Prescriptionas thebasic prescription ismodified basedonthe syndrome diferentiationof internalobstruction of damp-heat type，internal accumulation of cold-damp type and wind-damp disturbance type.With fiery dragon cupping therapy ofbanking upearth and repressing dampness andboth the interiorand the exterior are treatedso that the intestinal function disorderis relieved and the intestinal obstructionisremoved.
