XUE Yitao's Experience in Treating Dilated Cardiomyopathy with Yiqi Wenyang Qiangxin Method

Abstract：This paper introduces Professor XUE Yitao's clinical experience in treating dilated cardiomyopathy with Yiqi Wenyang Qiangxin Method.Professor XUE Yitao believes thatthe main disease location of dilated cardiomyopathy is intheheart，and the basic pathogenesis is the deficiencyand depletionof yangqi，and blood stasis and water retention.Inthetreatment，it issuggested thatthe maintreatmentis toboostqi，warmyangandstrengthenthe heart， andto invigorate bloodandpromote urination.Bearing in mindthe thoughts of treating both healthyqi and pathogenic factors and carefull regulating yin and yang，clinical practice pays equal atention to Chinese medicine and western medicine，and uses Chinese herbal decoction and extract prescriptions.
