Abstract：This paper summarizes the relevant theory about childbearing in FENG Zhaozhang's book FENG's Secret Recordin Qing Dynasty，aiming to explore its theoretical points andacademic features.FENG Zhaozhang believed that the physiological basis for maleand female to have childrenwas women'ssmoth menstruationand men's full essenceqi，and theycould copulate regularly.For the treatment of infertility，emphasis waspaid to unblocking women'suterus with appendages and harmonizing men's five zang-organs.Besides，FENG notonly attached importance to warming yangqi and opposedthe pure use of acrid-warm medicinals，but also emphasized that pre-fetaladjustment shouldbe highlighted after pregnancy.Itcould provide reference for modern clinical diagnosis and treatmentof related diseases.
