Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription Combined with Auricular Point Seed-Pressing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome After PCl for Coronary Heart Disease

AbstractObjective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription combined with auricular point seed-pressing in treating elderly patients with qi deficiencyand blood stasis syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） forcoronary heart disease.Methods:Atotal of 98 cases of elderly patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who underwentPCIforcoronaryheartdiseaseadmitted totheFirstAfiliated Hospitalof Henan University of Chinese Medicine from March to September 2O23 were selected and divided into the combination group and the western medicine group according to the random number table method，with 49 cases in each group.The western medicine group received routine treatment，and thecombination group received acombination of Yiqi Huoxue

Prescriptionand auricular point seed-presing based on western medicine treatment.Afterfour weeks of treatment，the clinical effects，traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome scores，cardiac function [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF）and cardiac output per minute]，exercise endurance [6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT)]，and Seattle Angina Questionnaire （SAQ） scores were compared betweenthe two groups.Results:The total efective rate in the combination group was 93.88% (46/49），and that in the western medicine group was 79.59% （39/49），with the difference being significant （ P
