Abstract:[Objective]This studyproposes revisions tothenational standard GB/T3487-2017,Hydraulicfluid powerTest code for the determinationof noise levelof hydraulicmotors.[Methods]The proposed revisions include: updating terminology and definitions; introducing acuboid measurement surface test environment; adding supplementary noise measurement points ona hemisphericalmeasurement surface; correcting formulas for A-weighted average sound pressure level and sound power level; updating the permissible system eror specifications for measuring instruments; and reevaluating background noise correctionvalues.[Results]Theresults showthattheserevisions addressproblems such as deficiencies interminologydefinitions andambiguities indatacolection methods inthecurrent standard.They broaden the standard's scope of application,enhance measurement accuracy, and improve the reliability and consistency of testesults.[Conclusion]Therevisionofthe standardwillprovideclearer guidance forthedesign,manufacturing,and application of low-noise hydraulic motors, contributing to the industry's green and sustainable development.
