Abstract：[Objective]Focusing onthethemeof ecologicalprotection andhigh-qualitydevelopment of theYellow River Basin，basedontheoverallandlong-terminterestsofthewholebasin，thispapercarriesoutresearchonthe regional collaborative standards system of ecological protection andhigh-quality development in theYellow River Basin，which providescomprehensivetheoreticaland practical guidance forthe standardizationofecologicalprotectionandhigh-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.[Methods]By analyzing the currentsituation and actual development needs of the standards system construction for ecological protection and high-quality development in theYelow River Basin，the standards system isconstructedbasedonthe standards system construction method inthe standardizedsystem engineering. [Results]Constructs thethree-dimensional spatial structure ofthestandards systemofecological protectionand highquality development intheYellwRiverBasin， and further builds the standards system frameworkofthetwo subsystems of ecologicalprotectionandhigh-qualitydevelopment，suggestionsareputforward fortheorganizationandimplementation ofthe standardssystem.[Conclusion]Regionalcollaboration inthedevelopment andimplementationofstandards is highly significant forthe implementationofecologicalprotection andhigh-qualitydevelopment strategyof theYellow River Basin.
