Research on the Development Path of Grassroots Public Libraries under the Background of New Quality Productive Forces： Case Study of Grassroots Public Libraries in the Fujiang River Basin Region

Abstract：The proposition of new quality productive forces has brought both opportunities and challnges to the development of grasroots public libraries.Based on the connotation and development of new quality productive forces， focuses on the knowledge service atributes and social educational role of grassroots public libraries.This paper deply analyzes the close connection between grasrots public libraries and newquality productive forces from the aspects of supportiveness，promotion，and mutual promotion.Taking the grassroots public libraries in the Fujiang River Basin Region as an example，it explores the development path of grassroots public libraries.It is found that grassroots public libraries in the Fujiang River Basin Region have many problems in resource allocation，management and operation，and reader services，which are dificult to meet the needs of new quality productive forcs for knowledge dissminationand innovativeservices.It is proposed toconstruct a development path framework forgrassroots public libraries from three dimensions：digital intelligence，specialization，and integration，soas to provide references for the transformation and upgrading of grassroots public libraries.
