Research on the Innovative and Development of New Public Reading Spaces Empowered by Digital Inteligence：Case Study of the Construction of Shenyang City's Studies

Abstract：By investigating the construction of city's studies in Shenyang，this paper selects three typical venues of differenttypes forin-depthanalysis，summarizes their featuresand isues，and proposes the path of innovativedevelopment of new public reading spaces based on digital inteligence technology： establish dynamic resource allocation systemanddigitaltwin-drivenvirtual-real integrationinspatial planning;builddigitalresourcesharingand dynamic update system，deploy circulation data visualizationand intellgent decision-making systems，implement the AI visual inventory and online recommendation purchase model for readers;innovate commercial-public welfare revenue model，enhance digital operation effciency，construct inteligent cost and risk control in operation mechanism.
