Abstract：Accesibledigital reading isan important means forindividuals withreading disabilities toaccess knowledge.The Marrakesh Treaty provides alegal basis for accessing accessble formats.Based onthe theoryof digital inclusion，this paper systematically analyzes the current status and challenges in China from dimensions such as policy implementation acessbility，content acquisition，and skillsupport. Drawing on U.S.practical experience，itproposes the strategies such as improving practical guidelines，establishing a service network system，enriching the supply of digital resources，and enhancing digital literacy.These measures aim to advance the development of China's accessible digital reading service system and contribute to the construction of an inclusive information society.
