Abstract：This paper takes the Liudeng Bookhouse in Wenjiang District，Chengdu，as the research object to explore their practical experience，existing problemsand optimization strategies as new grasrots spaces for national reading.The study finds thattheLiudeng Bookhouse hasachieved spatial reconstruction and service innovation in terms of space layout，service supply，operation mode and readers'experience，but there are still deficiencies in location distribution，publicity and promotion，and operation and management. This paper proposes optimizing space layout，building an omni-channel communication matrix，establishing a standardized operation system，and improving the whole-process guarantee mechanism to elevate national reading from convenience-oriented to quality-driven development.
