Abstract：The purpose of this paper is to construct a research framework on user privacy disclosure on online health platforms，inorder to expand this research fieldand providereference forsubsequent research.The literature review method was used to sortoutandanalyze theretrieved literature，andthisresearch status of userprivacydisclosure ononline health platforms was deeplyanalyzed from four aspects：research methods，theoretical basis，antecedents andeffct.Inorder topromotethesustainabledevelopmentofonlinehealth platforms，futureresearchcanstart from thefollowingaspects.First，in-depth explorationof the impactof platform，environmentand otherdimensional factors onuser privacy disclosure；the second is todeeplyanalyzethe effectof user privacy disclosure；thethird is to deepen the theoretical basis and integrate diversified theoretical perspectives；fourth，innovate research methods and integrate multiple methods.
