Abstract：To betteralign with theprevailing trends inartificial intellgence，the library industry isactively investigating the innovative application of artificial intellgence generated content （AIGC）technology in resource management and information services.Using AIGC technology to manage electronic resources and optimize resource procurement strategies to improvethe effectivenessof work isalsooneof the important measures in the transformation of libraries to intellgent services.By the form of practical cases，this paper presents a preliminarydiscusionon the application of AIGC technology in managing electronic resources in libraries from the perspective of life cycle. It is foundthat appropriate AIGC toolsareselected to assist in the actual management work inthe six stages links of collection，trialdemonstration，negotiationand procurement，installation and use，monitoringand evaluation，renewal and suspension，highlighting the enabling role of AIGC in the core business of library.
