Abstract：Basedonthemicro-branch-librarymodel launched by Guangzhou Nansha Library for reader serviceof collctiveuser，thispaperdiscusses thein-depthapplicationoftransfer technologyinthe fieldofcentral-branchlibrary construction，which realizes personalized service for readers of colective user and improves resource circulationefficiency.In the processof thepubliccultural service systemreform，in the context of high-qualityresources andservice directly tothe grassroots level，this paper explores how to reduce costs and increase efciency to create a new model ofcentral-branch library construction，enhance the efectiveness of the central-branch library service， and build a good " libraries within reach".
