Abstract The integrationofscientificand technological innovation withtheagricultural industryis the fundamental path to developing newquality productive forces in agriculture.Yinchuan has a solid foundation in its characteristic and advantageous industries.The brandof modern urban agriculture is continuouslyshining.Theagricultural science and technology innovation system hasbeen basicallyestablished，and ithas anumberof high-qualityenterprises and high-level platforms.However，therearestill problemssuchas insuficientscientificand technological research，weak innovationsubject strength，and tightresourceand elementconstraints.Itis necessry tofurther strengthen technological innovation，promote the transformationof agriculturalachievements，cultivate high-qualityenterprises， and optimize brand strength，and cultivate and develop new quality productive forces in Yinchuan.
