AbstractThree-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy,asa rapid detection technique,comprehensively characterizes the properties of fluorescent substancesinsamples by capturing the three-dimensional matrix information of excitation wavelength-mision wavelength-fluorescence intensity.In recent years,machine learning algorithms haveachieved breakthroughsin fieldssuch as feature extraction,pattern recognition,and image reconstruction.Three-dimensional fluorescence technology basedon machinelearning,through thedeep integrationof algorithmsand spectral/imaging techniques,can solveproblemssuch as high-dimensional dataanalysis,image degradation,andrapidclassificationthataredifficult to handlewith traditionalmethods.Ithasdemonstrated significantapplicationvalue in fieldssuchas theenvironment,agricultural products/food,andtraditional Chinese medicinal materials.The research progressof this technology in environmental monitoring,thequalityand safetyof agricultural products,andthequalitycontrolof traditional Chinesemedicinal materials issystematicallreviewed, aiming to provide references for further research in this cross-disciplinary field.
