Abstract[Objective]To explore theefectsof reducing chemical fertilizerapplication incombination withorganic fertilizeronthe accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassum,qualityand yieldof potatoes,and to provide a theoreticalbasisforthe greenand eficientcultivationof potatoes inNingxia.[Method]Arandomized block trialdesign wasadoptedwithfivefertilization treatments:CK(chemical fertilizerapplicationalone),T1(chemical fertilizer application reduced by 20% combined with organic fertilizer),T2 (chemical fertilizer application reduced by 40% (204号 combined with organic fertilizer), ′13 (chemical fertilizer application reduced by 6O% combined with organic fertilizer), and T4(rganic fertilizerapplication alone).[Result] Compared with CK treatment,T2 andT3 treatments significantly increased theaccumulationof nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in tubers,and optimized therate and dynamic changes of nutrient accumulation.The contents of vitamin C,crude protein,soluble sugar,amylopectin,amyloseand starch in potato tubers allsignificantly increased underT3 treatment.Comparedwith CK treatment,theyieldsof T2 and T3 treatments were significantly increased by 9.50% and 23.82% respectively. There is a significant positive correlation between the yield,qualityand nutrientaccumulation rate ofpotatoes.[Conclusion]Reducing theapplication of chemical fertilizers by 40% to 60% in combination with applying organic fertilizers can promote the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients in potatoes,achieving the goal of increasing production and improving quality.
