Abstract The usage，polution causes and hazards of plastic film in Chifeng Municipalityare introduced.Based on the statistical datafrom2018to 2O23，thecurrent situationof plastic filmpolutionand recycling in theChifeng area is objectivelyanalyzed.Suggestionsforthe preventionandcontrolof plastic filmpolutioninChifeng Municipalityareput forward：Taking comprehensive measures to prevent and control plastic film pollution as from policy implementation to resourceutilization，fromproductinovation to technological innovation，andfromtheproductionend，sales end，sage end to recycling end with the implementation of full-process supervision.
