甘薯PAL基因家族的全基因组鉴定及生物信息学分析

Abstract: Phenylalanin ammonia-lyase (PAL)is a key and rate-limiting enzyme in the phenylpropane metabolic pathway,which plays an important role in plant growth,development and stres tolerance. In this study,we screened PAL gene family members in the whole genome of sweetpotato,and the physicochemical properties,phylogeny,conserved domains,chromosomal localization and gene expresson of sweetpotato PAL gene family members were analyzed.The results showed that a total of 33 IbPAL genes were identified in the whole genome of sweetpotato. These genes were unevenly distributed on chromosomes 2,6,9 and 15. PAL proteins have small diferences in physicochemical properties and similar conserved motifs and gene structures. Multiple cis-acting elements related to abiotic and biotic stress response,phytohormone responsive and growth and development regulation are present on the promoter of IbPAL.There were colinear relationships between sweetpotato IbPAL and Arabidopsis thaliana,Ipomoea trifida and Ipomoea triloba PAL genes.The transcriptome data of sweetpotato showed that the expression of IbPAL gene in sweetpotato was tisse-specific,and the expression of IbPAL19,IbPAL13and IbPAL7 in storage root was significantly higher than that in undiffrentiated root and fibrous roots. The results of qRT-PCR showed that IbPAL gene was induced by drought and salt stress, and the expression patterns of IbPAL were different under different stress treatments.This study provides a reference for further understanding the function of PAL family gene in sweetpotato and lays a foundation for genetic improvement of sweetpotato.
