From Competition to Sharing： A Historical Examination and Future Prospects of China's National Games Legacy

Abstract：Basedonthetheoreticalframeworkofsocialdevelopment，thisstudyemploysmethodssuchasliteraturereviewand historicalanalysistosystematicallyelucidatetheevolutionarylogicoftheNationalGameslegacy，transitioningfrom “competition-oriented”to“sharedcollaboration”.Theresearchreveals thattheNational Games legacy hasundergone four distinctphases：thefoundational stageofinstitutionalstablishment，thetransitional stageofOlympicintegration，the expansionstageofdiversifiedvaluesandthedeepening stageof shared development.Itexhibits typical characteristics such as people-centricorientation，epochalrelevance，continuity，anddevelopmental dynamism.Positioned within China’ssports powerhouseconstruction，the studyanalyzes theNational Games’evolutionandreformstrategies tooutline future directios： Upholdingthe Communist Partyof China’s leadershipand serving major national strategic initiatives；deepening the peopleoriented essenceand exploring inclusive mechanisms foruniversal publicsharing；innovating development ideas topioneer newparadigmsofregionalcollaborativegovernance；drivingtechnological upgradesto leadtheintelligentpreservatioand development ofthelegacy;refining thespirit of the National Games and enriching thelineage of Chinese sports spirit.

《体育强国建设纲要》是指引新时代体育改革发展的总纲领，明确提出“落实全民健身国家战略、提升竞技体育综合实力、加快发展体育产业、促进体育文化繁荣发展、加强对外和对港澳台体育交往”等战略任务，为我国体育事业发展提供了根本遵循[1]。（剩余12805字）
