Era Value and Innovation Path of Reform of Competition and Training in China's Higher Physical Education Institutions Under the Background of A Leading Sporting Nation

—Based on Reform Exploration of Xi'an Physical Education University LI Fusheng

Abstract：Asanimportantpartofthereformanddevelopmentof higherphysicaleducationinstitutionsinChina，thereformof competitionandtrainingisinternalldrivenbynationalstrategiessuchasstrengtheningeducation，sports，scienceand technology，andtalents.Theimportantvaluesofreformofcompetitionandtraininginhigherphysicaleducationintiutions aremainlyreflectedinfiveaspects：serving thestrategyofbuildingastrongnationhighlightingtheintegrationofsportsand education，expandingsocialservices，cultivating projectculture，andstrengtheningtalentcultivation.Thestudyfindsthatthe practice ofreformof competitionand training in higherphysical educationinstitutions can besummarizedinto four types： implementingtheintegrationofsportsandeducation，highlightingprojectcharacteristics，emphasizing technology empowerment，andpromotingregional colaboration．Basedonthepractical explorationofXi'anPhysical Education University，innovativepathsforreformofcompetitionandtraining havebeenproposed：restructuring thetargetsystemof competitionand training；focusing onthe layout ofsportsprojects；innovating theschoolrunmodelof high-level sports teams；givingfullplaytotheleadingroleinsportsevents；deepeningthereformofscholfootball；buildinga“bigcollege" system；creating a sports support teaching highland.
