Guided by the Olympic Values and Artificial Intelligence Innovation ： the Panoramic Interpretation of Olympic AI Agenda and China's Approach

Abstract：Asamilestoneinthedigitizationofthesportsworld，OlympicAlAgenda holdspionering，promotional，nd normativevaluefortheintellgent transformationof the Olympic Movementandevenglobal sports.AlAgenda hasnotonly outlinedablueprintfortheapplicationsofAinsports，butalsoproposedagoveanceframeworktoadressthetechnicaland ethicalrisksof AI.Thisresearch elaborateson the fivefocusareasof Al Agendd：athletes-centriccompetitionand training environment，ensuringqualaccesstothebenefitsof AI，optimizingOlympic Gamesoperations withafocus onsustainability， growing engagement with people，and driving eficiencyacrossthe management of theIOCand sport.Theunderlying concerns of AI Agenda have three aspects：the fundamental concern of“Olympic values and IOC working principles”，the development concern of“together and open innovation”and the governance concern of“good governance and responsible innovation".To advance China's sports digitization，strategic implementation of AI agenda should focus on：maximizing potential through five prioritydevelopmentareas;aligning Governancewith internationalAI standards;facilitatingglobal knowledgeexchange for mutual advancement.
