【Abstract】Based on the establishment of subsystem models such as steering system,leaf spring friction system and bushingsystem,ahigh-precisionmulti-bodydynamicsmodelofcommercial vehicleisestablished.Secondly,throughthe analysisof PACO2 tiremodel,theinfluencefactorsof tiremechanicalcharacteristicsareextracted,andtheinfluenceof influencefactorsonthehandlingstabilityof heavy-dutycommercialvehicleisfurther studied.Theresultsshowthatthe corneringstiffessandfrictioncoeffcientscalefactorhaveasignificanteffectonthetiremechanicalpropertisad the commercialvehicle handling stabilityperformanceindexandscore,whilethe lateral relaxationlength,shape factorand curvaturecoefficientscale factorhavearelativelylimited effect.
