【Abstract】To addressthe issues of AC copper lossin flat wire windings and low torque of amorphous alloy cores,a structural parameter model is establishedusing finite element software.With theoptimizationobjectives ofincreasing average torque,educingACcopperloss,anddecreasingtorqueripple,keydimensionalparametersare extractedbasedonsensitivity analysis.Subsequently,multi-objectiveoptimizationdesignandsingle-parameterscaningareconducted incombination with the particle swarmoptimization algorithm inspired bywild gooseformation(WGA-PSO).The motor performancebeforeand afteroptimizationiscomparedthroughfiniteelementsimulation.Theresultsshowthatafteroptimization,theaveragetorqueof the motor increases by 5% ,the torque ripple decreases by 12% ,and the AC copper loss reduces by 8% .Finally,aprototype is manufactured and tested,which verifis thecorrectness of the simulation results.
