【Abstract】Aiming at the problem of torsion beam weldcrackingand base material cracking in durabilityroad test,an optimizationmethodintegratingurabilitysmulation,enchtestandmaufacturingprocessisproposed.Fistlysedothe equivalentstructural stressmethodandBrown-Millerbiaxialfatiguecriterion,theriskhotspots intheweldseamandbase materialareidentified.Secondlyonsideringthefectoftorsionalstiessvartiononteload,theloadspetrumadte bench test loadareupdated,andalow-high-lowloadingsequenceisadoptedtoaccuratelyreproducetheroad testcracking phenomenon.Finally,the fatigueperformance incritical areas is improved through structural morphologyoptimizationand manufacturing processenhancement.Theresults of benchandvehicleroad tests showthattheoptimizedtorsion beams have significantly longer life.
