【AbstractIInorder tosolve the problem oflong calculation timeoffluid-structure coupling thermal simulation in rated workingconditionofoil-cooled motor,thesimulationcalculationmethodofacelerating thermaldifusion insoliddomainis adopted,which greatlyreduces thecorespondingsimulationcalulation time.Andtheacuracyofthis methodisverified by comparing withthecurrent maturesteady-state simulationcalculation methodforrated workingconditions of water-cooled motor.Based on this method,an oil-cooled hairpin winding motor with rated power of 20kW is simulated,and the oil ring structure is optimized according to the simulation results.
