【Abstract】Toaddresstheabnormal noise isues inthedrivelineofaDHThybrid powertrain,vibrationand noisetestsare conductedonthepowertrain.Itisdeterminedthattheabnoralnoiseisagearatlenoise.Undertheparallelsecondgear,here are non-load-bearing gearson boththe electricdrive sideand the mechanical drive sidethat havearisk ofratle.Then, combiningthetestdatawiththestructuralparametersofthedriveline,amultibodydynamics modeloftheDHThybridsystemis established.Usingtheaverageratleenergyas anevaluationindex,this paper alsoanalyzes theinfluenceof relevanparameters. Consideringengineeringfeasibilityitproposesmethdtoimproveteoiseisseofthetrasmissionbyicreasingtheietia of thedual-massflywheelandadjusting theoutput torqueoftheP3motor.Finally,through Amesim simulationanalysis,the averagerattle energyindicators for the2optimizationschemesdecreasesby 38.5% and 30.8% ,respectively.Combinedwithreal vehicle tests,it is verified that the proposed solutions can effectively alleviate the rattle noise problem.

混合动力专用变速器(DedicatedHybridTransmis-sion,DHT)作为混合动力汽车的传动系统方案之一,由于多工作模式导致复杂的动力传递路径,系统对发动机扭振激励的响应更为敏感,使得变速器敲击噪声问题尤为突出。(剩余9413字)
