[Abstract]HarmonyofYinandYang isahigh-levelsummaryof thetheoryofYinandYang，whichrepresentsacomprehensive conceptualizationof thebody'sautonomousregulatoryprocesesaself-healingcapacity.Sjogrensyndrome（SSisachronic inflammatoryautoimmunediseasethatmainlycauses thedeclineofexocrineglandfunction，resultingindrysymptomsofthe mouth，eyesandother mucous membranes which falsunder thecategoryof“zaobi”in TraditionalChineseMedicine.Treg/ Th17balance playsan importantrolein the pathogenesisofSS，andtherelationshipbetween SSand Treg/Th17balanceis exploredthroughYin-Yangself-hamony，whichprovidesnewtheoreticalsupportforthe microscopicmolecularbiologicalbasis of thetheoryofYin-Yangself-harmonyandalsoimprovestheclinical symptomsofSSthroughindividualizedtreatmentof traditional Chinese medicine.
