[Abstract]Objectie：Toinvestigatethedemographicandclinicalcharacteristicsofschizophreniapatientsandexplorethe factorsnfluencingtheirqualityoflife.Methods：Atotalof82malepatientswithschizophreniawhometthediagnosticcriteria forschizophreniaaccordingtoICD-1Oandtheinclusioncriteriawereselectedastheresearch subjects.Theywereassesed usingthegeneral informationquestionnaire，thepositiveandnegativesyndromescale（PANSS），therepeatablebatteryforthe assessmentofneuropsychologicalstatusRBANS），thesocialsupportratingscale（SSRS），andtheshizophreniaqualityofiescale （SQLS）.Results：Durationofilless，occupation，andBMcharacteristicsafectthequalityoflifeofshizophreniapatints. The totalscoreofRBANSanditssubscalescoresforimmediatememoryverbalfunction，atention function，anddelayed memory were negatively correlated with the total score of SQLS（ P <0.05）. The positive symptoms， negative symptoms，and general symptoms of patients were positively correlated with the total score of SQLS（ Pe <0.05）.The utilization of social support as measured bythe SSRS was negatively correlated with the total score of SQLS（ P <0.01）.Conclusion：Duration of illness，BMI， negativesymptoms，atentionfunction，andtheutilizationofsocial supportarefactorsthatinfluencethequalityoflifeof schizophrenia patients.

精神分裂症是一种严重精神障碍，病情反复迁延，往往需要长期抗精神病药物治疗，患者躯体与心理承受着双重痛苦，引起主观幸福感和生活能力下降，严重者可造成不同程度的精神残疾。（剩余6267字）
