Configuration path analysis of high-quality regional economic development driven by new quality productivity ： from TOE perspective

Abstract：Developing new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2O18 to 2022，a statistical empirical analysis is made，from the three dimensions of technology，organization and environment， on the configuration path of high-quality regional economic development driven by new quality productivity by using the Technology-Organization-Environment（TOE）framework and fuzzyset qualitative comparative analysis method. Empirical study shows that a single factor of the new quality productivity cannot promote the high-quality economic development，and multi-factor synergy is needed.The three dimensions of technology， organization and environment have dynamic substitution efects in driving high-quality economic development， and thereare five main configuration paths for new quality productivity to drive high-quality economic development. Accordingly，it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as focusingon the combination of multiple forces，giving full play to the agglomeration efect of new quality productivityto drive high-quality economic development，giving full play to the leading force of scientific and technological innovation，strengthening the construction of new infrastructure，strategic emerging industries and future industries，and the construction and training of talents.
