兆赫兹超声波换能器匹配电路的研究与设计

Abstract: Taking the megahertz ultrasonic transducer as the research object,a design of the matching circuit for ultrasonic transducer based on the air core transformer is proposed.This matching circuit utilizes the equivalent excitation inductance of the air core transformer at the resonant frequency to perform impedance matching with the transducer,thereby making the load network approximately weakly inductive,causing the voltage phase to slightly precede the current phase,achieving zero-voltage turn-on of the inverter circuit switch tube and reducing reactive power loss.The impedance characteristics of Litz wire and enameled wire with the same number of turns are analyzed,and the influence of diffrent winding materials on the high-frequency loss of the air core transformer is compared.Through simulation analysis and experiments,an 1 MHz ultrasonic transducer drive prototype is constructed,achieving a high sinusoidal degree of the driving waveform of the ultrasonic transducer at the rated frequency,a peak-to-peak voltage of 221.7V ,and an instantaneous power of 1288.7 W.This proves the feasibility of the designed matching circuit for the ultrasonic transducer and solves the diffculties in the development and impedance matching design of the ultrasonic transducer drive at the megahertz frequency .
