铁路瓦斯隧道通风流场及参数优化

Abstract:In order to efectively reduce the concentration of contaminated gas in the gas tunnel,practical engineering is combined with numerical simulation using FLUENT software to investigate the characteristics of the ventilation flow field and the distribution law of gasconcentration in the gas tunnel,and to analyze the ventilation effctof the tunnel under diferent parameter conditions.Results show that:theflow field inside the tunnel is basically stable after 20min of ventilation,a vortex is formed on the upper step,which makes it difficult to discharge the polluted air and dust,and gas accumulation occurs at the foot of the opposite side of the wind pipe;in the press-in construction ventilation by the step method,there is an optimal combination of the step height,step length and the distance between the nozle and the palm surface of the upper step. It is suggested that the height of the step is 4~6m ,the length of the step is 5~15m ,and the distance of the air duct outlet from the palm face of the upper step is 10~15m :
