Abstract:To enhance automotive lightweighting,a company has systematically developed aseries of advanced high-strengthsteels,including high-strengthDual-Phase(DP)steel,Complex-Phase(CP)steel,High-hole-Expansion (HE)steel,Dual-phasesteelwithHighformability(DH),andTransformation-inducedplasticityBainiticFerrite(BF) steel.These steels cover strength grades ranging from 78O MPa to1470 MPa and have achieved mass production.The company hassuccessfully developed dual-phase steel with a tensile strength of upto15Oo MPa,introduced highyield-ratio complex-phase stels such asHC660/780CPand HC900/1180CP,andlaunchedaseries of DHsteel products with multiple coating types,demonstrating significant advantages inthe integrated manufacturing of complex componentsand“all-in-one”parts.Additionally,HE steel with high hole expansionratioand excelentbending propertieshasbeendeveloped,alongwithTBFstelthatcombinesultra-highstrengthandsuperiorformability. Breakthroughshavealsobeen made inmitigating Liquid MetalEmbritlement (LME)during thespot weldingof TBF steel.
