Abstract:Toclarify the influenceof Cr content on the microstructure,mechanical properties and intergranular corrosionbehaviorof 6O61aluminumalloy,Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),Electron BackscateredDifraction (EBSD),Optical Microscopy(OM),TransmisionElectron Microscopy (TEM),aswellastensileand intergranular corrosion testsare adopted.The results show that the Cr element promotes the transformation of the β -AlCrSi phase in the as-cast state towards the β -Al(CrFe)Si phase,and after the two-stage homogenization treatment,a large amount of submicron-sized α -Al(CrFe)Si dispersed phase is formed near thegrain boundaries.With the increaseof Cr content, thedensityof thedispersed phasegradually increases,and thegrainsareeffctivelyrefined.Inaddition,Cr significantly enhanced the intergranularcorrosionresistance of 6O6l aluminum alloyandreduced the damage sensitivity of mechanical properties in corrosive environments.Among them,thealloy containing 0.15% Crexhibited the best comprehensive performance,with a tensile strength exceeding 260MPa under normal conditions.After 24 h of pre-corrosion,the performance deerease is only about 2.3% ,
