Abstract:To reduce the energy consumption of air compressrs,an AI-based approach using the Lightweight GradientBoosting Algorithm(LightGBM) isemployed.Mutuallyexclusive featurevaluesaffctingaircompressor performanceare decoupled toreducedata dimensionality.Thisenables theanalysisand identificationof theoptimal control strategies foraircompressors used in vehicle manufacturing,aiming to lower operating pressure,reduce energy consumption,and extend equipment lifespan,whichultimately provides AI-driven intellgence tosupportindustrial carbon neutrality.

1前言
汽车制造对压缩空气需求量较大,通常采用多台空气压缩机(简称空压机)组成公用泵房,由泵房依据各用气点的需求供给压缩空气,由于不同供应商的空压机控制信号无法互联,需工人根据预计用气量手动设置空压机的压力带,单台空压机由自身的比例-积分-微分(Proportional-Integral-Derivative,PID)控制器控制。(剩余5212字)
