Abstract：The filtration performanceof engineoil filterisof greatsignificanceforimproving thecleanlinessof oil andthe reliabilityof lubrication.Takingamining machinery asanexample，theoil filtrationaccuracyis demonstrated fromdifferentaspects by using five methods：oil sample investigation method，faultreverse drivemethod，gap distributionmethod，accessory matching method，and competitive benchmarking method;Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP），the target value of filtration accuracy of oil filtrationwas established as E（15）=73.5% ； The semi-synthetic filtermixedwithsynthetic fiberandplant fiberisoptimizedand tested.Theresultsshow that the optimizationsolutioncaneffectively solvethetrade-off problemsbetween filtrationaccuracyandflowresistance characteristics，and it can also provide more stable filtration eficiency throughout the whole service life.
