Abstract:The filtration performanceof engineoil filterisof greatsignificanceforimproving thecleanlinessof oil andthe reliabilityof lubrication.Takingamining machinery asanexample,theoil filtrationaccuracyis demonstrated fromdifferentaspects by using five methods:oil sample investigation method,faultreverse drivemethod,gap distributionmethod,accessory matching method,and competitive benchmarking method;Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP),the target value of filtration accuracy of oil filtrationwas established as E(15)=73.5% ; The semi-synthetic filtermixedwithsynthetic fiberandplant fiberisoptimizedand tested.Theresultsshow that the optimizationsolutioncaneffectively solvethetrade-off problemsbetween filtrationaccuracyandflowresistance characteristics,and it can also provide more stable filtration eficiency throughout the whole service life.
